Or you put the rock near the fire, like you would with wet clothes. This is only good if you're staying for a week or 2 because it'll take 2 or 3 days.

The golden rule is that when you're out in the wild you have to boil all the water. It's a bit of a problem when you come to a lake, er, ......

This reminds me that one time, i was supervising some new campers. They were told to get a fire going for cooking. When i came back to check, i see that they have gather some nice looking slabs made into a fire pit. I IMMEDIATELY TELL THEM TO STEP AWAY! WE WERE CAMPING NEAR A CAVE! THEY BUILD A FIRE INSIDE THE CAVE, USING LIMESTONE! They were confused until *BOOM* 🥴😮‍💨

This can also happen when making cave fires I've seen a chunck the size of a moose explode loose like this when my buddy thought a cave was a good shelter to build a fire deep within i stayed clear in my plastic and rope tent with a nice stacked fire 10 thick logs between some other logs to hold them at an angle towards the fire with the bottom row to let them naturally roll into the fire slowly througout burning i woke up twice to check it but both times went right back to sleep then at around 4am so 5 hours of sleep i thought it was a fucking cannon that just shot towards me as i got rock pieces thrown all around me none hit me directly but it was scary my buddy luckily was taking a midnight piss at the time so he didnt get hit either but we came back to a rock twice our height and that we couldnt surround with both our armlengths that laid in the cave now almost fully taking up the caves space if he was in there he would've died for sure it was messed up and we were both pretty shook so we gathered our stuff and left for home to go get drunk and high as we were lucky enough to not die that deserved a fun day😂

Here in Europe one of the most common herbs you can find. You can make tea from it. Its not toxic but it will sting a bit if u touch them. But if youll ask me to jump in them for 1000€ ill for sure do maybe even for 100€.
